What you'll ship in 12 weeks

Three real deliverables. Proof your startup works.

A live app

Real customers paying with their credit card from day one. Ship something people actually use — and pay for.

A revenue roadmap

Real unit economics, a growth model, and a 12-month ARR projection grounded in real numbers. Present it to the cohort for live feedback.

Bootcamp certificate

Store it. Share it on LinkedIn. Backed by PivotNorth Capital — known for investing in unicorns. Internship and job opportunities with other students and graduates.

Who is this for

First-time founders

You have an idea but don't know where to start. Zero to a live product with paying customers.

Funded startups

You're live but want to scale 100x faster. A framework to go from 1 to 10,000 in new MRR.

Non-technical builders

You can't code. That's fine. Claude writes the code. You direct it.

Mission-driven solvers

You want to change the world and get paid doing it. Bring your passion, we'll give you the tools.

The 12 weeks wrapped July 29, 2026

Twelve weeks from idea to revenue roadmap — or go at your own pace. Skip the theory; every week you build something real.

01 Overview

Context, terminology, goals. You'll know what "vibe coding", "unit economics", and the Winning Metrics framework mean by the end.

02 Unmet Needs

Bring your own idea or pick a curated one. How to identify an unmet need. What makes a good idea. Founder/market fit. First look at unit economics, customer-acquisition cost, and the Winning Metrics framework.

03 Interviews

Qualify the unmet need. Find real customers. Why validation is the gating step before you write a line of code.

04 Vibe Coding 1 — Intro

The tools and terminology. How to make the most of each AI model — Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT — when building your product.

05 Vibe Coding 2 — Prototype

Hands-on. Ship a working prototype your customers can use on their phones.

06 Vibe Coding 3 — Iterate

Prioritize. Execute on the features customers actually ask for.

07 Venture Capital 101 Overview

Guest lecture with Kevin Connors (Precedence Advisors). How venture capital actually works — where startup funding comes from, how a VC fund is built (GPs, LPs, fees, and carry), why returns follow a power law, and what investors expect when they back you.

08 Vibe Selling 1 — Marketing

Guest lecture with Peggy O'Flaherty. Positioning, category, who you're for, what you replace.

09 Vibe Selling 2 — Viral Loops

The mechanics that turn a happy customer into two new ones.

10 Vibe Selling 3 — Warm Outreach

Cold email that reads like a warm one. The reply rates that make a business.

11 Vibe Selling 4 — Nurture & Close

The moves between interested and ready to pay. Pricing calls, contracts, invoices, Stripe. The full revenue side, from first conversation to closed deal.

12 From $1 to $1M ARR

The capstone. Calculate your real unit economics using actual data from the program. Build a 12-month ARR projection grounded in real numbers. Present your revenue roadmap to the cohort.
