Terms of Service
Last updated: April 18, 2026.
These terms cover your use of Vibe Startup Bootcamp ("vibe101," "we," "us"). If you buy a seat or use the site, you agree to these terms. Plain English on purpose.
1. What we provide
A 12-week program with video lessons, written workbooks, weekly Winning Metrics coaching sessions with Tim, office hours with Andy, and a cohort community. We try hard to keep the service up. We don't guarantee it will be up every second.
2. Your account
You need a working phone and email to sign in. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.
3. Pricing and billing
Prices are listed at learn.rallytasks.com/#pricing. We bill monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices shown are in US dollars.
Price changes. We give you 30 days' notice before your price goes up. The new price applies at your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't like it.
4. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription from your account, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no new charges after that. You keep access through the period you already paid for.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds. If you believe there has been an error, email [email protected] and we will review your case.
6. Fair use
Don't share your login. Don't resell our content. Don't try to break the site or bypass rate limits. Don't upload anything illegal. Don't harass people in the cohort community.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without warning, depending on how bad it is.
7. Revenue share
We teach you to build on your own stack or on Rally (rallytasks.com) — your choice. If you build on Rally, a revenue share applies per the Rally Terms of Service. Building on Rally is entirely optional. If you want to keep 100% of your revenue, we teach you how to build and deploy on your own infrastructure in the advanced course. We never take equity.
8. Our content is ours
Videos, lesson text, workbooks, and slide decks are licensed to you for personal use during your subscription. Don't republish them.
9. Changes to the program
We may add, remove, or change lessons. We'll keep the cohort's core learning outcomes intact. If we make a change big enough to affect the program's value, we'll email you.
10. Dispute resolution — Colorado + arbitration
If we disagree, we try to work it out by email first. If that fails, any dispute goes to binding individual arbitration under the rules of JAMS in Denver, Colorado. You and we both give up the right to a jury and the right to a class action. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of signing up.
These terms are governed by Colorado law, without its conflict-of-laws rules.
11. No warranty; results not guaranteed
We provide the service "as is." This program gives you instruction, feedback from Tim, vibe coding training, and hands-on support during office hours. We support you in getting your first real paying customer, and give you a framework and tools to grow from 1 to 100 to 10,000 in new monthly recurring revenue. But those outcomes are ultimately your responsibility. Results depend on your effort, your market, and factors outside the control of the instructors and of Rally. We don't promise you'll build a successful startup, get a customer, or make money. We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
12. Privacy
Read our Privacy page to see what we collect and why.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. If the change is material, we'll email you. Keeping your subscription active after a change means you accept the new terms.
